Waitresses are friendly and food is good prices reasonable

Just ate the new recipe bread pudding. I have eaten alot of bread pudding over the years, this new recipe from Carol is a home run. She has managed to bring a perfect combination of vanilla and raisin taste that is the best. The boasted chicken from the buffet was done perfectly with great texture, however it was bland in taste, could have been lightly salted. Chicken and noodles where great as well as the rest of the buffet items. This is a great place to eat. I am very picky about my restaurant choices but I will to continue to dine here.

Recently moved to the area from nyc. Decided to pop in here for breakfast. Very friendly waitress. Tried the biscuits and gravy, because Indiana right..pretty good just a tad too peppery.

Excellent food , buffet is hot and well kept. Ladies are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful food and service. Not once did I suffer rudeness or neglect. I never had to request a refill as they were extremely attentive to the care of the customer and the customers needs. Condiments always stocked and available on each table every single time. They even offered my child a free popsicle and chocolate milk free of charge just to give him a smile :). The waitresses Megan and Starr were the most friendly servers ive ever encountered. Food was fresh and delicious and the resteraunt itself was spotless. The salad bar had a great fresh selection. Up front of the store there be ice cream hand dipped milkshakes and bakes goods as well. This resteraunt deserves an extraordinary review each and every time . :). Try it and the satisfaction you and your closest companions will feel will be undoubtedly unregretable and you won't be able to wait to come back as much as possible. :D

I love the service an the food

This is a quiet, local ice cream shop, and diner. The employees are friendly, and the food is good. Has genuine homemade ice cream, and other food. Would reccomend.

Not sure how this place has a 4 star rating-there's more food at our family's Sunday dinner table than on the lunch buffet at this place.Both times I visited this establishment it was between 11am-12pm during the week. Literally, the lunch buffet had 6pcs of fish, less than 10pcs of chicken, vegetable soup, 10 potato wedges and corn. The second time I came in, I ordered off the menu; thinking maybe a hand-breaded tenderloin would be better-the loin was hardly breaded and very fatty-the loin is the best cut of pork-in my opinion! Which tells me it wasn't a good quality cut of meat. I gave you two chances, Carol's,(I'm new to Greenfield)and you blew it.

My bun for my tenderlion was burnt and I ordered a pie , got home ..it wasn't the flavor I wanted. I won't be back.

I love this place, but the cleanliness could improve. The food is very good, but when I pick up a menu, I shouldn’t have to clean my hands and that makes me think...how dirty is the rest of the place???

Takes f-o-r-e-v-e-r to get your food. Literally waited 40mins for an omelette&toast; and there was only one other table occupied in the entire dining room. Everyone in my party was finished eating before I got mine.

My friends and family have tried very hard to like this place. The food can be okay at times but the nastiness involves the owners refusal to follow the simple rules of a clean store. The health department rules do not change but this store constantly fails to follow and pass the inspections.

Great food. Family atmosphere. Kids have good selections as well as adults. Old time atmosphere. Hidden treasure.

One of the waitresses was extremely rude to my family and made sure to mock them and make it known. Very unprofessional. They are always in there for breakfast and always are kind to the workers, she messed up the order by writing it wrong and telling the cooks wrong and somehow put the blame on my family when several people in the party heard the order and it was not at all close to what she had wrote.

Great greasy spoon breakfasts. Friendly and super fast service. Why not 5 stars? The floor has been sticky the past 2 weekends I've gone in for breakfast

I can’t believe this place is still open. Just god awful food and service. First off we walk in the door and the place smells musty. The floor, tables, and menus are sticky. We order breakfast and it takes over a half hour to get a couple of omelets. They are the greasiest nastiest things I think I’ve ever seen. The “toast” is not toasted it’s just bread soggy with butter. We just paid our bill and left and didn’t eat a thing.
